We offer two creative-friendly options:

Express Creativity (Standard): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch) – perfect when you need drum carder parts or dyeing yarns urgently.

Patient Stitches (Free): Orders over $50 ship free via EMS (15-25 days) – ideal for bulk yarn or complete kits.

Note: Processing takes 1-2 business days during peak crafting seasons.

Yes! We ship globally from our Indianapolis studio, except some remote areas (particularly in Asia). Our checkout will notify you if restrictions apply to your location. Rest assured, we handle all customs paperwork!

Every order receives hand-packed care with protective materials – we treat your tools with the same attention we’d use when selecting premium felting wool.

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. For tools like hand carders and drum carders, original packaging is required. Contact our fiber-enthusiast team at [email protected] to initiate returns.

While rare due to our careful packing, please email photos of damaged items to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
